Chattogram / Chittagong Division is located at southern part of the Bangladesh. Chittagong has the biggest seaport and it is the second largest town in country, situated near the Bay of Bengal. It is 264 km away east of Dhaka, famous for its beautiful hilly areas, natural beauty and for the seashore. Chittagong is also known of the town of Aulias (Muslim saints). - CTG Port Area: Chattogram sea port is the principal seaport of the country. The port is located near the river mouth of the Karnaphuli which has a recorded history from the 9th century.
- Second World War Cemetery: Warrior’s graveyards are in this Cemetery. There are 755 graves in this graveyard of the great warriors who died in world war from1939 to 1945 in Chittagong areas.
- Zia memorial Museum: Previously known as Circuit house where the former President of Bangladesh Zia-ur Rahman was killed by a group of disgruntled army personnel.
- Ethnological Museum: Located in Agrabad, it is a treasure house of a variety of tribal culture and heritage of the country.
- Court Building Museum: Situated on the Fairy Hill, this building commands a panoramic bird's eye view of Chittagong / Chattogram city.
- Shrine of Hazrat Bayezead Bostami: This great priest came to Chittagong in 10th Century to spread the religion of Islam. The shrine of this famous saint is situated in Chittagong.
- Shrine of Shah Amanat: The Shrine of Shah Amanat is another place of religious attraction, located in the heart of the Chattogram city.

Main Tourist Attractions in Chattogram Division / Chittagong Division:
- Cox's Bazar: This is the longest natural sea beach in the world (approx. 120 km long). Cox's Bazar is one of the most attractive tourist spots in the country. It is called the tourist capital of Bangladesh. It has Miles of golden sands, towering cliffs, surfing waves, rare conch shells, colorful pagodas, Buddhist temples and tribes, delightful sea foods etc.
- Himchori and Inani Beach: There are many attractions for the tourists around Cox’s Bazaar. Himchori is famous for waterfall. Inani beach is famous for the rock and coral boulders.
- Moheshkhali Island: An island off the coast of Cox's Bazar which is one of the best natural attractions for the tourists. It has an area of around 270 square kilometers. It is really a beautiful place.
- Sonadia Island: It is about seven kilometer from Cox's Bazar. The western side of the island is sandy and different kinds of shells are found on the beach.
- Saint Martins Island: St. Martins Island is the most beautiful Coral Island in Bangladesh where you will find live corals. It is only 30 km from Teknaf. Tourists can go there by sea truck, local motorboat or tourist boats.
- Cheera-dwip: It is a part of St. Martins Island but divided during tides.
- Nijhum Island: This Island could be the next prime tourist spot after St. Martins Island. It’s a natural beauty of mangrove forests where you will find Dears of specific species, Monkeys and migrated birds.
- Aggmeda Khyang Monastery: It is a beautiful place in Cox's Bazar located near the entrance to the Cox's Bazar town.
- Ramu: This is a typical Buddhist village, about 16 km from Cox's Bazar, on the main road to Chittagong.
- Parki Beach: A beautiful beach might be the next tourist attraction of Bangladesh. This beach is situated in Anwara upazila under southern Chittagong region.
- Chandraghona: Located on the Kaptai Road is Chandraghona where one of the biggest paper mills in Asia is located.
- Teknaf: The side of river Naf and the Bay of Bengal situate Teknaf Town, which is the southernmost tip of Bangladesh.
- Sitakundu: The famous Chandranath & Buddhist temples are located in Sitakundu, 37 km for from Chittagong city.
- The Hills: The Hill Tract is divided into four valleys surrounded by the Feni, Karnaphuli, Sangu (Sankhu) and Matamuhuri rivers and their tributaries.
- Tribal life: The inhabitants of the Hill Tracts are mostly tribal. Life of the tribal people is extremely fascinating. Majority of them are Buddhists and the rest are Hindus, Christians and Animists.
- The Forests: The valleys of the Hill Tracts are covered with thick-planted forests.
- The Kaptai Lake: Famous Kaptai Lake, the largest man-made lake, spreading over 680 sq. km. of crystal-clean water flanked by hills and evergreen forests lies in the Rangamati Hill District. Built in early sixties Kaptai Dam and the lake are the main attractions of Kaptai.
- Hill Districts: The Hill Tracts is divided into three districts, namely Rangamati, Khagrachari and Bandarban.
- Rangamati: From Chittagong it is 77 km. If you don’t visit Rangamati you will not discover a big portion of natural beauties of Bangladesh. The famous hanging bridge and hilly areas in Rangamati are really amazing.
- Khagrachari: Khagrachhari is the natural wild beauty of Bangladesh. Here you can visit the tribal lifestyle of Chakmas.
- Bandarban: Lots of hills and hilly areas, waterfalls, River Sangu, Lakes and the tribal culture are the main attraction of Bandarban.
